At Skinnova, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
1. General Return Guidelines

Time Frame: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 DAYS of delivery.

Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Authorization: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Source: We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our official website.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before packaging begins.

Once the packaging process has started, our standard refund and replacement policies apply.

Shipped Orders: If the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to stop the package or cancel the order.
3. Product-Specific Policies
To ensure fairness, we have specific policies based on the product category:
A. Electronics

Returns: We do not accept returns for electronic items.

Defects: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect unit, we will gladly send a free replacement.

Proof Required: An UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY. We cannot process replacements for damaged/missing items without a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and the defect.

Warranty: All electronic products are covered under our Warranty Policy.
B. Non-Electronics / Lifestyle Products

Replacements: We provide replacements for defective or wrongly delivered items.

Proof Required: An UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY to process your replacement request.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for reasons such as "change of mind," "didn't like the color," or "loss of interest."

Refunds: If a suitable replacement is unavailable for a defective item, a full refund will be issued.
4. Invalid Reasons for Return
Please note that "Buyer no longer wants the items" is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.

Buyers should confirm their intent to purchase before submitting an order.

Once an order is submitted, it is considered a legally binding contract between the buyer and Skinnova.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of approval. It may take 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Original Payment Method: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment source.

COD Orders: Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded.
6. Deductions & Fees

RTO Charges: For returned orders (where the customer refuses delivery or returns a non-defective item), a ₹100 deduction will apply to cover Return to Origin (RTO) and reverse shipping logistics.

Partial COD Fees: The partial booking fee paid for certain COD orders is a non-refundable processing fee. This covers the cost of packaging and processing orders that are later cancelled or returned.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.
